The MexiMingle Festival held at the Garden Hilton at DLF Mall, Saket was inaugurated by Federico Salas, the Ambassador of Mexico to India. Mexican chef Tania Tovar crafted an incredible dining experience with authentic Mexican dishes that went way beyond staples like tacos and nachos. Dilliwallahs were happy to do a deep dive into array of flavours and textures as they sampled everything from traditional churros and enchiladas to delectable traditional Mexican cocktails, which offered a vibrant showcase of Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.
The festival offers an amazing range of iconic Mexican cocktails and mocktails, carefully curated to complement the culinary offerings.
